Clients enrolled in recurring monthly plans may cancel their subscription by providing written notice before the beginning of the next billing month. Cancellation requests received after a new billing cycle has begun will become effective at the conclusion of the current billing period unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Failure to attend scheduled appointments or strategy sessions may result in delays in project completion but does not automatically qualify for refunds or credits unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement.

Clients determine which projects or systems they would like built and submit requests through our designated communication channels. Projects are completed according to the scope of the client's subscription and current production schedule.
Growth Plan
In addition to completing requested projects, Growth clients receive strategic planning and consulting designed to help prioritize the highest-impact systems for their business. We may recommend automation opportunities, workflow improvements, CRM enhancements, AI implementations, or marketing initiatives based on your business goals.
Project turnaround times vary depending on complexity, project scope, client responsiveness, and current workload. While we strive to complete projects as efficiently as possible, specific completion dates cannot be guaranteed unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Clients are responsible for providing timely approvals, account access, content, branding assets, and any other materials required to complete requested projects. Delays in providing requested information may extend project timelines.
8. Client Responsibilities
To ensure projects are completed efficiently, Clients agree to cooperate with Lasting Growth Agency throughout the duration of the engagement.
Clients are responsible for:
Providing accurate and complete information.
Providing timely access to software platforms, accounts, and credentials when required.
Supplying logos, branding assets, website content, images, and other necessary materials.
Reviewing completed work and providing feedback or approvals in a timely manner.
Maintaining ownership and access to their own third-party software accounts unless otherwise agreed.
Delays in providing requested information, approvals, or account access may delay project completion and do not constitute a breach of these Terms by Lasting Growth Agency.
9. Ownership of Deliverables & Intellectual Property
Upon payment in full for the applicable services, the Client will own all custom deliverables created specifically for their business, unless otherwise stated in writing.

Forms and surveys
AI prompt configurations
Marketing assets
Custom email and SMS campaigns
Lasting Growth Agency retains ownership of its proprietary methodologies, reusable templates, internal systems, processes, training materials, frameworks, documentation, code libraries, and any intellectual property developed independently of the Client's specific project.
Nothing contained in these Terms transfers ownership of Lasting Growth Agency's proprietary systems or intellectual property.
